Position/Job Title:	Photographer/Sales Associate
Job Description:	Adds value to the park guests by enhancing and extending their experience through the processing and sales of high quality photos. They are responsible for meeting daily photo sales objectives while providing the highest quality guest experience possible. Customer sales and/or service experience in a retail or service industry is preferred. Primary Job Duties: Listens to, understands and anticipates customer needs. Takes proactive steps to follow up on requests and insure customer satisfaction. Enhances the guest experience by delivering excellent customer service. Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization. Responsible for adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines. Responsible for handling all equipment safely with care. Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling. This description is not intended to cover all assigned duties and responsibilities to which an individual assigned to this job may encounter. It is intended to cover only those major duties/responsibilities that an incumbent will typically encounter.
Starting Wage:	$8.00 per hour. No tips allowed. Overtime is paid 1.5 times the regular wage. Overtime starts applying after 40 hours worked in the same week.
English Skills Required:	Very good English communication skills required. An outgoing and friendly personality is a must.
Work Hours:	Participants will have a flexible schedule that may change each week based on the park needs. The participants are expected to work weekends, since this is the busiest time for the park.
Requirement:	Excellent communication skills required. Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances within the site. Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions. Flexible to work different locations. Must be able to carry up to 15 lbs on your upper body.
Meals:	Not provided.
Uniform:	Participants will wear a uniform. The uniform is provided free of charge. Participants need to bring completely black sneakers.
Training:	Provided upon arrival and orientation.
Housing:	Housing can be prearranged for each participant for the entire duration of the program, at one of the motels or apartment communities in the area. The prearranged housing cost is (To be announced) per week. The participants will be required to pay the security deposit of (To be announced) at least 30 days before arrival. Housing can also be arranged at the time of arrival, or the participants can make their own housing arrangements in advance. In this case, sponsor is to receive the prearranged housing details at least 10 days before your arrival in US. Sponsor is to receive your arrival information (flight details) from your home country agency 30 days prior to your arrival. Not providing this information can lead to your job cancelation and program termination. Unauthorized early departures are not accepted and will conduct to the program termination and the forfeit of the Housing Deposit. The housing cost may be subject to change, based on market conditions. The participants should bring with them or have access to enough finances in order to support all their expenses during the entire program, and they should not rely only on their paychecks.
Transportation:	The participant is responsible to make it in time for work. Public transportation may not be reliable in the area. Riding a bike can be an option in terms of commuting to and from work
Remark:	These jobs require employees to stand all day. Some positions work outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. The participants have to comply with the company’s grooming standards. The employer has a vital interest in the health and welfare of its employees.
