| Job Description: | Adds value to the park guests by enhancing and extending their experience through the processing and sales of high quality photos. They are responsible for meeting daily photo sales objectives while providing the highest quality guest experience possible. Customer sales and/or service experience in a retail or service industry is preferred. Primary Job Duties: Listens to, understands and anticipates customer needs. Takes proactive steps to follow up on requests and insure customer satisfaction. Enhances the guest experience by delivering excellent customer service. Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization. Responsible for adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines. Responsible for handling all equipment safely with care. Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling. It is intended to cover only those major duties/responsibilities that an incumbent will typically encounter. |
| Starting Wage: | $8.25 per hour. No tips allowed. Overtime is paid 1.5 times the regular wage. Overtime starts applying after 40 hours worked in the same week. |
| English Skills Required: | Very good English communication skills required. An outgoing and friendly personality is a must. |
| Work Hours: | Participants will have a flexible schedule that may change each week based on the park needs. The participants are expected to work weekends, since this is the busiest time for the park. The park is open 7 days per week from March 20 to September 7. Outside this period, the park is open in weekends and for special events only. |
| Requirement: | Excellent communication skills required. Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances within the site. Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions. Flexible to work different locations. Must be able to carry up to 15 lbs on your upper body. |
| Meals: | Not provided. Team Members may eat in the Employee Cafeteria when working. The cost of a Special plus a drink is approximately $3 - $5. |
| Uniform: | Participants will wear a uniform. The uniform is provided free of charge. Participants need to bring completely black sneakers. |
| Training: | Provided upon arrival and orientation. |
